PRINT EXPERIENCE

Pre-press design and product photography

Role: Pre-Press Graphic Design Clients: PGA Private Clubs & Green Grass Facilities Deliverables: Print-Ready Vector Art

Overview

From Digital Art to Physical Product

As a pre-press graphic designer, I created print-ready vector art for PGA private clubs, green grass facilities, and direct customers. That art became fully realized pieces, including Epoch plastic golf tees, PGW wooden golf tees, ball markers, repair tools, metal accessories, wooden bespoke gifts, and hand made custom signs.

Starting On The Tee

Every mark started out as an idea once. Evolve Golf helped each club turn that into reality printing stunning logos and designs onto golf tees to help bring a new level of personalization to the course.

Going The Distance

Acquiring a new space in 2022 and expanding beyond just golf tees, we worked tirelessly to bring new offerings of unique hand made custom wood, leather and metal accessories ranging from hand forged ball markers, to custom cut commemorative signs.

Behind the Scenes

Learning Dry Offset Printing at HM Golf

Some of my favorite photos from this project came from a trip to HM Golf, Evolve Golf's sister facility, where I learned the process they use to print on golf tees and repair tools. Getting to see dry offset printing firsthand, and even run the machines myself to help print color test samples for our office staff, was an eye opening experience.
